Hi there! I'm Yan and my work is a result of different techniques that I have experienced and studied throughout the years to balance and ground myself ~ physically, emotionally and spiritually☆

The sessions that I offer are an opportunity to go back to the rythm of our hearts, the rythm of Nature, of the Universe, to connect with ourselves and the Present moment.

A time to allow our emotions to be channelled through movement and discover the intimate relationship between our conscious breathing and the peace and quiet that it brings to our mind and Soul.

Let's find our flow ~ our breath and intuition will lead the way. 

ABOUT ME

I started my Yoga path in 2013, because I always felt the need to express my emotions through movement.

After 3 years, I got certified as a Hatha Yoga Instructor in Argentina. Then, I continued my studies in India, Thailand and back again in Argentina for a Vinyasa Flow and Biomechanics training.

I studied Bioenergetics for a year, investigating from a different perspective the relationship between mind, body and soul.

I've been practicing and studying the wonders of Thai Massage with amazing teachers, Itzhak Helman and Edgar Ortiz, and got my certification at Yoga Mandir, Costa Rica. A very meaningful and spiritual experience that filled my heart with love and compassion.

During the past year, I have deepened my yoga practice and biomechanics studies with a great teacher, Mariel Marmorato.

Yoga opened my mind, my heart and helped me to connect on a deeper level with myself by finding a healthy way of balancing and expressing my emotions and that's what I want to share with you.

Our body is a portal to our rich inner world.When we move our body and breathe consciously we are able to get in touch with our emotions, we learn how to recognize them, we give them space to just be. We move the body to reach our Soul. MEDITATION WITH HEALING SOUNDS

Presence

We meditate to quiet the mind, to return to our true essence: Calm.The use of singing bowls helps us to get into this calm state of mind because their vibration and sound balance our energy.There are different paths and techniques to meditate, contact me if you'd like to find your own.​

THAI MASSAGE

Energy Flow

Thai Massage is an ancient spiritual practice. It is considered a physical expression of the Theravada Buddhist concept of Metta (Loving Kindness). The principles that guide this practice are full attention ~ awareness ~ concentration. The technique is focused on the energy lines that run all over our bodies. This also relates to the "Prana Nadis" from Yogic philosophy by which we understand that we are also energetic bodies. Massaging certain acuppresure points along these lines can help ease pain and boost the health of our internal organs. It is also considered a "passive yoga" where I'll use my body to help you stretch and open yours slowly and gradually; compressing and decompressing joints as well as increasing their range of motion. This sessions allow me to hold space for you and help you restore your well-being. DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Tension Release 

Deep tissue massage targets chronic tension in muscles that lie far below the body's surface. Deep muscle techniques involve slow strokes, direct pressure or friction movements that go across the muscle grain.

It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders. Some of the same strokes are used as classic massage but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain.

REFLEXOLOGY

Zone Therapy

On the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels, reflexology often improves individuals’ well-being.

This therapy uses gentle pressure on specific points along the feet or hands. Its principle is that each area of the hands and feet represents each part of the body, such as the heart, liver, spleen, lungs, kidneys, and other internal organs, and when these areas are massaged, it stimulates energy, blood, nerves, resulting in therapeutic effects, including relieving mental stress, detoxifying the body, promoting blood circulation  and helping restore our whole balance.
